  • Rental Conditions:

    • If the reserved bicycle is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a model with similar technical characteristics (style, speed, and components). The color may vary from those shown on the website. We will inform you of any changes at least 24 hours before your reservation, in exceptional cases.

    • For the “Week Promo Bike Rental,” if bikes are returned before 7 days, standard rates will apply.

    • A deposit (cash or credit card) will be required for all bicycles, which will be returned within 24-48 hours after inspection of the bicycle and its components/accessories.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a rented bike before the deadline indicated in the rental contract?

Yes, the customer can return the bicycle whenever they wish. If technical reasons are specified, the establishment will deliver another bike with similar characteristics, provided there is availability. In case of withdrawal by the client, the establishment reserves the right to charge for the rental service that has been provided, taking into account the daily rate price. We have a limited number of bicycles and the reservation indicated by you does not allow the rental of this bicycle by another client. For this reason, the establishment reserves the right to refund the amount according to the rental conditions. In no case will the rental amount be refunded in full.

What is the minimum rental time for a bicycle?

The bicycles will be rented for a minimum of 1 day, and can be returned sooner if the client so wishes. In this case, part/whole of the rental amount will not be refunded.

What happens if I get a flat tire on a rental bike?

Yes, the customer can return the bicycle whenever they wish. If technical reasons are specified, the establishment will deliver another bike with similar characteristics, provided there is availability. In case of renunce by the client, the establishment reserves the right to charge for the rental service that has been provided, taking into account the daily rate price, we have a limited number of bicycles and the reservation indicated by you does not allow the rental of this bicycle by another client. For this reason, the establishment reserves the right to refund the amount according to the rental conditions. In no case will the rental amount be refunded in full. We are not offer pick up service and transfer in case of puncture.
